1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the vexpi platform ("vexpi", "we", "us") and each user of the platform ("you", "member").

By accessing vexpi's website, mobile version, or any digital channel, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. The Bengali version shall be considered authoritative over any translation of the Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming service on vexpi, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any gaming service on this platform.

2.2 Registration Terms

When opening an account, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Your full legal name (as per your national identity card)
• An active and valid mobile number or email address
• Your correct date of birth confirming you are 21 or older
• Valid payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, within the same household, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration will be treated as a serious violation. vexpi may request additional documents for verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information and documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party, and no vexpi representative will ever ask for your password.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Exercise extra caution when logging in on someone else's device or on a public network.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

vexpi supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers through major banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through any method outside of these are not accepted.

Verification of your identity and payment method may be required before a withdrawal is processed. vexpi reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for security purposes.

4.4 Same Ownership Requirement

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The name on the account holder and the name on the payment method must be identical — using a payment method registered in someone else's name is prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be applied at the same time.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the required wagering has been completed using the bonus funds.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in account closure.
• vexpi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players may join our three-tier VIP program: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% cashback). Tier changes are based on your activity and contributions on the platform. The cashback amount and distribution schedule will be stated in the relevant offer details.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games available on vexpi — including slots, live casino, and sports betting — are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed on the game screen or the relevant page.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue, vexpi will make every effort to restore normal conditions. However, vexpi is not liable for losses caused by technical reasons.

6.3 Sports Betting

All odds and markets in the sports betting section are subject to change. If the odds on a bet change or an event is cancelled, settlement will be handled according to our standard rules. In the event of a cancellation, the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vexpi:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving aggressively toward other members or vexpi staff.
• Playing games on behalf of a third party or managing their account.
• Violating any provision of these Terms.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 vexpi's Rights

vexpi may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide information or documents requested for verification.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any eligible balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

vexpi is committed to providing the best service as a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to the user's internet disconnection or device issues.
• If the services of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) are interrupted.
• If account information is leaked or unauthorized access occurs due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are suspended or restricted by order of the government or a regulatory authority.

In the event of any loss, vexpi's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
